
Ky-Mani teamed up with Praswell, (Fugees), to sing Eddy Grant's cult song "Electric Avenue". His fame was clearly evident when Ky-Mani performed at Midem (international musical showcase) in the year it was staged on the streets of Miami for the first time. Ky-Mani gave a thrilling performance for the crowd at the Cameo Theatre that was full of people. The show was live broadcast on CANA (Caribbean News Agency) which was broadcast across 36 different countries. Ky-mani Marley is at work to record his sixth album. It will highlight his growth in his own right and will highlight the duality of his personalities Ky-mani, as well as Maestro. This is an urban-inspired sound that is rooted in reggae and hip hop. It's a refreshing break from typical synth pop. It will instead portray authentic urban hip-hop/reggae fusion. The artist released his newest single "New Heights" 3 March 2011.
