Her previous employers were CBS Sports, Fox Sports. Kolber, a native of Pennsylvania has earned her master's in the University of Miami. Kolber began her career working at CBS Sports New York City in the position of video coordinator. She won the Sports Emmy for her work for WTVJ-TV Miami. Also, she worked for WPLG-TV Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach in Florida. She was selected as an anchor for ESPN2 in 1993. The station stayed with her until ESPN2 up to the point that Fox Sports hired her. In 1999 she was hired by ESPN for the show 'Monday Night Countdown.
